Terms & Conditions of Service

Business Days Defined

"Business Days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding official U.S. Federal holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Clock Commencement

The advertised service turnaround timeframe (e.g., 7–10 business days) begins on the first complete business day following the date on which Accurate Apostille Services receives:

• Completed order form
• All required physical or electronic documentation
• Full payment

Note: The actual day of order placement and payment is excluded from the turnaround calculation.

US DOS Boundary

Any stated service turnaround guarantee applies solely, exclusively, and entirely to the time required for the U.S. Department of State (US DOS) to complete the authentication and apostille process.

Fulfillment of Guarantee

The turnaround guarantee is considered fully met and satisfied the moment the document is finalized, completed, and released by the US DOS to Accurate Apostille Services.

Third-Party Logistics

The service turnaround guarantee does not include, cover, or account for courier or shipping transit times.

Standard Shipping Included

Standard service fees include FedEx 2-Day shipping, which initiates only after the document has been successfully processed and retrieved from the US DOS.

Limitation of Liability

Accurate Apostille Services is not liable or responsible for any delivery delays, missed transit windows, weather disruptions, routing errors, or package loss once the shipment has been accepted by FedEx or any other third-party courier service.

Submission Window

Requests to change or modify the delivery shipping address must be submitted in writing to info@accurateapostille.com prior to the document being retrieved from the US DOS.

Systems Update

While Accurate Apostille Services will update internal shipping systems upon receiving a timely written request, we cannot guarantee address interception or modification once a courier shipping label has been generated.

Shipping Upgrades

Upgrades to standard shipping (e.g., FedEx Priority Overnight) are available upon request for an additional fee. All expedited shipping fees must be paid in full prior to the document being dispatched.
